Common questions
How do I collect club dues without chasing parents?
Set the monthly charge once per group, let Widdo show who owes, and have the AI operator prepare the reminders. You review and confirm; families report payments with a receipt and you approve them.
Can parents pay with Venmo or Zelle?
Yes, if your club uses them. You add the methods your club accepts, such as Zelle, a digital wallet, a bank transfer or cash. Parents pay the club directly and report the payment in Widdo.
Can families pay club dues by card in Widdo?
Yes, in US clubs. Once the club connects its own Stripe account, families pay by card, ACH, Apple Pay or Google Pay straight to that account. Widdo takes 0%; Stripe's processing fee is paid by the club, and the club can turn online payments off at any time. Zelle, Venmo, bank transfer and cash keep working with receipts the club approves.
Does Widdo take a cut of our dues?
No. 0% platform fee. You pay a flat monthly plan by player capacity.
Can I charge a late fee?
Yes. Turn on simple or tiered late fees with grace days in Payment Settings, and choose per charge whether it applies.
