How to see who owes you money

Collections shows which families owe money, which have already paid and wait for your approval, and which you can actually reach.

1. Select Collections in the left menu, under Finance.
2. Use the tabs to focus: All, Review receipt, Contact, Resend invitation, No guardian and No attendance.
3. Read the colored status. Green is up to date. Yellow is up to 1 month overdue. Orange is 2 to 3 months. Red is over 3 months.
4. Use the action on each row: Review receipt, Resend invitation, Add guardian or Open WhatsApp.
5. To automate follow-up, open Payments, select the Collections tab and choose Start collection cycle.

Tips

• A collection cycle follows up with overdue families for two weeks. The tone escalates at days 5, 10 and 15.
• Some reminders wait for your approval. Select Review and approve when the banner appears.
• You can also ask the Widdo assistant "Who still owes this month?".
