How to set up a payment agreement or installments

A payment agreement replaces a family's overdue charges with a plan you agree on, split into installments. The old charges stop counting as debt.

1. Open Players, select the player, and go to the Sports tab.
2. In Payment agreements, select Create agreement.
3. Step "What is owed?": select the charges the agreement replaces. If there is no debt, you can create a plain installment plan.
4. Step "How will it be paid?": enter the Agreement amount, the Number of installments and the Due date.
5. Add an optional note about what was agreed and with whom.
6. Select Create agreement.

Find all agreements in Payments, on the Agreements tab.

Tips

• Widdo shows if you forgive part of the debt or add a surcharge.
• Use Void agreement to undo it. The original charges become pending again.
• You cannot void an agreement once payments are reported against its installments.
