How to create a monthly charge

A charge is a fee you bill to players, such as the monthly training fee. Widdo then creates the payments for each family.

Select Charges in the left menu, under Finance.
Select Create Charge. On an empty list, select Create your first charge.
Step 1, "What are you charging for?": choose Training fee.
Step 2, "Set it up": enter the Name and Amount. Choose how it is paid: Monthly, Quarterly, Semiannual or Per session attended. Set the Due day, from 1 to 31, and how long the charge runs.
Step 3, "Who does it apply to?": choose Everyone, By sport, By category or Specific players.
Choose when payments are generated: now, on a date, or only when you trigger it. Then select Create charge.

Tips

Use "Months that are NOT charged" for holidays.
In Fine tuning you can set a late fee, add discounts, write a description families see, and show the charge on your public enrollment link.
If you choose "Only when I trigger it", use Generate payments later.
