Try Widdo for your club

Built for club administrators. Try one complete workflow.

At a glance

Widdo helps youth sports clubs organize player payments and follow up on outstanding dues. Its AI assistant can retrieve pending balances and support reminder workflows, subject to your club’s permissions and approval settings.

A payment workflow you can actually review.

A useful dues system connects the balance to the next action. Start with accurate records, then follow up with the right family.

  1. See what is still outstanding

Review the remaining balance and how long a payment has been overdue. A partial payment changes what a family owes; follow-up should reflect the amount still due, not the original charge.

  2. Check exceptions before sending

Confirm the responsible parent or guardian, review payments awaiting verification, and check any arrangement your club has made with the family. Resolve those exceptions before starting another reminder.

  3. Use the assistant for a supported next step

Ask for pending payments, then review a payment-reminder action. Available actions depend on your role, the club configuration, and the applicable approval controls.

  4. Return to the result

Review updated payment records and any unresolved cases. Sending a reminder is a step in the process; it does not mean that a payment has been received.

Keep the club context close.

Dues belong to players, families, and groups. A disconnected spreadsheet makes it harder to know whether a balance belongs to a current player, whether the right guardian is linked, or whether a recent payment still needs review.

Widdo brings player records, attendance, and payments into the same club workspace. Start with one group and one billing period so your staff can verify the records and understand the follow-up before expanding.

A subscription for your club.

Widdo’s subscription covers the club workspace. Use your club’s configured payment instructions, payment records, and receipt-review process to manage dues. 0% Widdo platform fee on dues. In US clubs, families can pay by card or ACH straight to the club's own Stripe account (Stripe's processing fee is paid by the club), or keep paying by Zelle, Venmo, bank transfer or cash.

Bring these questions to your trial.

  • Does the remaining balance match your current payment records?
  • Are reminders addressed to the correct parent or guardian?
  • How are partial payments and pending receipts handled?
  • Which actions require review under your club’s settings?
  • Can your staff follow the result without keeping a second spreadsheet?

Common questions.

Does Widdo guarantee that overdue dues will be collected?

No. Widdo supports the administrative workflow; families still need to complete payment, and staff may need to handle exceptions personally.

Does Widdo take a percentage of club dues?

No. Widdo charges the club a flat monthly subscription by player capacity ($99, $249 or $499 a month in the US) and adds a 0% platform fee to dues. Families pay the club with the methods the club sets up, such as Zelle, a bank transfer or cash, and the club reviews each reported payment in Widdo.

Can I use AI to review outstanding club dues?

The assistant includes tools for retrieving pending payments and initiating supported reminder workflows. Verify the exact workflow, recipients, and approval behavior in your club’s trial.

Can families pay club dues directly through Stripe?

Yes, in US clubs. Once the club connects its own Stripe account, card and ACH payments go straight to that account; Widdo takes 0% and Stripe's processing fee is paid by the club. The club's Widdo subscription is separate from payments made by families.

Should we move our entire club at once?

Start by checking a small, representative group and a billing period. Reconcile opening balances and confirm the responsible family contacts before expanding.
