What does the Widdo agent actually do?
It can consult your club’s payments, players and attendance, summarize information and help execute supported tasks such as payment reminders. It uses the information available in your club; it does not invent missing records.
Will it act without my approval?
You can review proposed actions before confirming them. Autonomy depends on the action and your club’s settings. Sensitive financial changes require approval, and your role’s permissions still apply.
How do I subscribe?
Choose your plan and billing period, create your account and verify your email. Enter your basic club details and continue to Stripe. Your subscription activates once payment is confirmed.
How are plans priced?
Plans depend on player capacity—up to 80, 200 or 500—and your club’s country. Select your country to see its price and currency; changing language does not change pricing. Payment processor fees apply separately.
Can I use Widdo in Spanish or Portuguese in the US?
Yes. Your language and billing country are separate. A US club can use the platform in its preferred language while viewing US prices in USD.
Can clubs outside the United States use Widdo?
Yes. Widdo also serves clubs in Latin America and Canada. Select your club’s country to see local pricing. Online payment availability depends on the country and configuration; contact us to confirm your options before subscribing.
Is paying for Widdo the same as collecting payments from families?
No. Your subscription is your club’s payment to Widdo. Collecting online payments from families requires separate setup and processor availability in your club’s country. You can also record payments received outside the platform. Contact us to confirm the available options.
Can you help me move from spreadsheets?
Yes. We can walk you through setting up the club and bringing your player information into Widdo. Request a demo to review your current workflow and migration needs.
What if an answer looks wrong?
Review the underlying records and ask the agent for details before taking action. The agent depends on your club’s data being complete and current; signals of disengagement are indicators, not guarantees that a player will leave.
Can I cancel?
You can stop renewal from your subscription settings. Access continues through your paid period. Annual billing is paid upfront; review the selected plan and terms before paying.
