Fees, explained
- 0% Widdo platform fee. Widdo does not take a percentage of the dues families pay your club.
- Your club pays its Widdo subscription securely with Stripe; Stripe's processing applies to that payment.
- Card and ACH payments are for US clubs and go to the club's own Stripe account: the club connects its own Stripe account and pays Stripe's processing fee (Widdo takes 0%). Refunds and disputes are handled from the club's Stripe dashboard.
- No per-player fee inside your plan. If your roster grows past its capacity, move to the next plan.

Common questions
Does Widdo take a percentage of club dues?
No. Widdo adds a 0% platform fee. Your club pays a flat monthly subscription based on player capacity.
Are there payment processing fees?
Your Widdo subscription is paid with Stripe, and Stripe's processing applies to that payment. Widdo adds no fee on club dues. For US clubs, card and ACH payments of dues go straight to the club's own Stripe account and carry Stripe's processing fee, paid by the club. Zelle, Venmo, bank transfer and cash carry no Widdo fee.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 30 days with everything included, and no card needed. When the trial ends you choose whether to subscribe.
Do I pay per player?
No. Each plan covers up to 80, 200 or 500 players for a flat monthly price. If you grow past your plan's capacity, you move to the next plan.
Is there an annual option?
Yes. The prepaid option charges twelve months upfront and covers thirteen months. Review the billing period and renewal in Stripe before paying.
Do prices change by language?
No. Price depends on your club's country, not the language. A US club using Widdo in Spanish or Portuguese pays the US price in USD.
