Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Widdo platform ("Service"), available at widdo.co and related mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual or entity) and Widdo Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
2. Service Description
Widdo is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for the comprehensive management of sports clubs, academies, and leagues. Features include player and staff management, payment and dues collection, attendance tracking, parent communication, scheduling, tournament organization, and reporting.
Widdo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, with reasonable prior notice to active users.
3. Registration & Account
To use the Service you must create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activity under your account, and for notifying Widdo immediately of any unauthorized use. Widdo may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
4. Plans & Payments
Widdo offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Widdo will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access the Service by any means other than the provided interfaces.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store or transmit illegal content.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service — including software, design, logos, and documentation — are owned by Widdo Inc. or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload to the platform. By using the Service, you grant Widdo a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
7. Data Protection
Widdo complies with applicable data protection laws in every jurisdiction where it operates. The table below lists the primary legislation and supervisory authorities by country:

8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Widdo Inc.’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to Widdo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Widdo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Modifications
Widdo may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance via the platform or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local consumer protection laws grant users the right to litigate in their jurisdiction of residence.
