How to send messages to families

Messages lets you write to families, coaches and groups from inside Widdo.

Select Messages in the left menu.
Select New message.
Under "Who gets this?", choose a chat audience: Everyone in the club, A category, Coaches or Specific people.
Or choose an announcement list that Widdo builds for you: People who owe, Missing documents, Haven't confirmed yet or Missed the last practice.
Select Continue, write your message and check the list. Uncheck anyone who should not get it.
Select Send.

To ask who is coming, or to run a vote, choose Event call or poll and fill in the question and options.

Tips

Players under 18 do not have an inbox. The message goes to their parent or guardian.
Replies to an announcement come to you privately.
Use Seen by on a message to see how many people read it.
