How to set up an enrollment fee

An enrollment fee is a yearly charge that renews with your season. Families pay it once per season.

1. Select Charges in the left menu.
2. Select Create Charge.
3. Choose Enrollment in step 1.
4. Enter the Name and Amount.
5. If you already collected the fee outside Widdo when setting up your club, leave Charge it to current players too unchecked.
6. Choose who it applies to, then select Create charge.

Tips

• The fee is never prorated. A player who joins in November pays the full enrollment.
• It renews on your season date for active players. Widdo warns you from one month before, so you can adjust the price first.
• To show the fee on your public enrollment link, turn on Show this charge on the link under Fine tuning.
