Who pays a charge and who it applies to

Every charge has a scope that decides which players are billed. You set it in step 3 of the charge form, "Who does it apply to?".

1. Open Charges and select Create Charge.
2. In step 3, pick one scope: Everyone, By sport, By category or Specific players.
3. Optionally use Exclude specific players to leave some players out.
4. Decide whether to switch on Charge new players automatically.
5. Read the preview. It shows the net amount after discounts and exemptions.
6. Select Create charge.

Tips

• If some players already pay an overlapping fee, Widdo shows them. You can exclude them (recommended), switch them to the new fee, or charge both.
• Editing an existing charge uses a different, older form, so its steps look different.
• New players joining through the enrollment link get the charge only if automatic charging is on.
