How to share your enrollment link

The enrollment link is a public page where families sign up their children. This is how players join your club.

1. Select Enrollment Links in the left menu, under Settings.
2. Copy your main link from the top of the page, or select Create link for a specific group.
3. For a new link, enter a Link name, for example "Senior enrollment 2026".
4. Optionally choose the Categories and the Charges to display. If you choose no charges, all club charges are shown.
5. Set Requiere pago. On asks families for a receipt. Off makes it pre-registration only.
6. Save. Then copy the link, or generate a QR code and Download SVG to print it.

You do not add players one by one. Families fill in the form themselves.

Families fill in the player data, health and residence, guardian, emergency contact, documents, authorization, waivers and payment. Then they confirm.

Tips

• Turn the switch off to stop enrollments for a while.
• Use Regenerate main link if a link was shared by mistake. The old one stops working.
• Some labels here still appear in Spanish: Requiere pago, Generar QR, Regenerar enlace, Duplicar and Eliminar.
