How to set up payment methods

Payment methods tell families how to pay you: cash, a digital wallet or a bank transfer. You can create them directly, with no Stripe account.

1. Select Payment Settings in the left menu, under Settings.
2. Open the Payment Methods tab.
3. Select Add payment method.
4. Choose the Type: Cash, Digital wallet, Bank transfer or Other.
5. Enter a clear Name, for example "Cash at main venue".
6. Fill in the details. A wallet needs the phone number and holder name. A bank transfer needs the bank, account type, account number and holder.
7. Add instructions for families if you want, then save.

Tips

• Wallet examples depend on your country. US clubs see Zelle, Venmo and Cash App.
• Families choose a method and attach their receipt when they report a payment. You approve it in Payments.
• Online card payments are separate. See the Stripe article.
