Card payments with Stripe

Card payments through Stripe are not yet available from Payment Settings. Today your club collects payments with manual methods, and families report each payment in Widdo.

1. Select Payment Settings in the left menu.
2. Open the Payment Methods tab.
3. Select Add payment method and create cash, a digital wallet such as Zelle, or a bank transfer.
4. Share the method with families. They pay you directly and report the payment with a receipt.
5. In Payments, open the To verify tab and approve each reported payment.

Tips

• You do not need Stripe to collect fees, send charges or track who owes.
• Widdo does not connect Stripe for you, and the assistant cannot do it either.
• When Stripe is available from Payment Settings, this article will explain the steps.
