How to create discounts and family discounts

Discounts reduce what a player pays. You can create a discount for specific players, or turn on an automatic family discount for siblings.

1. Select Discounts in the left menu, under Finance.
2. Select Create Discount.
3. Enter the Discount name, for example "Siblings Discount".
4. Choose the Type: Percentage or Fixed value, then enter the value.
5. Add a description, set the Status to Active and select Save.
6. On the discount, select Manage players to choose who receives it.
7. When you create a charge, pick the discount under Fine tuning.

For automatic sibling discounts, open Payment Settings, then the General tab, and turn on Family discounts. It applies discounts for multiple enrolled children.

Tips

• A discount only applies to players who have it assigned, and only on charges where you selected it.
• To waive a charge completely, use Exemptions in the Finance menu.
