How to create consent forms and waivers

Consent forms and waivers are documents that parents or players must sign. Create them once and Widdo collects the signatures.

For consent forms, select Consent Templates in the left menu, under Settings.
Select New template (shown as "Nueva plantilla"). Enter the name, the valid year and the language.
Write the text. Use the variables in the left panel to fill in player data automatically.
Select Save draft, then Publish.
To see who signed, open the template's menu and choose the signed list. You can open the PDF or revoke a signature with a reason.
For waivers, select Waiver Templates and create a New Template. Choose where it applies: Enrollment, Tryout, Event or All.

Tips

Turn on Required for enrollment so families sign during enrollment.
Families see their pending consents with a Sign button. Unsigned consents can block payments.
