How to assign a coach to a category

Assigning a coach to a category lets that coach see the category's players and sessions.

1. Select Categories in the left menu.
2. Find the category card.
3. Select the people icon labeled Add Coaches.
4. Choose the coaches for this category and confirm.

You can also do it from the other side. Open Trainers, edit the coach, and change the Categories field.

Tips

• The Add Coaches icon is disabled while a category is inactive. Set the category to Active first.
• A coach must exist before you can assign them. See the add a coach article.
• A coach only sees the categories assigned to them. If a coach says they have none, check here.
