How to add a coach

Coaches run your sessions and take attendance. You can invite a coach by email, or create the coach record yourself.

Select Trainers in the left menu.
To invite, select Invite by Email, enter the coach's name and email, and choose their categories if you know them. Widdo sends an email.
To create the record yourself, select Create Trainer. Fill in the first and last name, email, document number, phone, City of Birth (required), Date of Birth, Gender and Start Date.
Choose the Categories the coach will work with, then select Submit.

Tips

An invited coach shows as "Pending invitation acceptance" until they accept. Use Resend invitation if they did not get the email.
Invite by email is the quick option. It avoids the long Create Trainer form.
To remove a coach, use Unlink. Their Widdo account stays on the platform, but they leave your club list.
