How to see your payment history

Your payment history lists every charge for your children, with its status and receipt.

1. Select My Payments in the left menu.
2. Scroll to Paid to see completed payments, with the date paid.
3. Use the filters at the top: search, Child and Status.
4. Select View details to see the concept, method, reference and comments.
5. Select View receipt to see your proof, or the download icon to get the receipt.

Tips

• Statuses are Pending, To Verify, Paid and Rejected.
• Use the Child filter to see one child at a time.
• A payment without an approved receipt shows "No receipt" until the club approves it.
