How to message your players and families

Messages lets you write to the families of your categories from inside Widdo.

1. Select Messages in the left menu.
2. Select New message.
3. Under "Who gets this?", choose who to write to, such as A category or Specific people.
4. Select Continue, write your message and check who it reaches.
5. Select Send.

To ask who is coming to a game, choose Event call or poll. Add the event, date and place, then select Publish. Use See answers and Remind to follow up.

Tips

• Players under 18 have no inbox. Your message goes to their parent or guardian.
• Use Seen by to check how many people read a message.
• You can reply to any conversation the club opens with you.
